CONECUT® and MULTICUT® Ranges |
Many products in the CONECUT® and MULTICUT® ranges
are ideal for electrical applications. Three CONECUT® tools
- CC1A, CC25 and CC2 - are specially designed for electrical
applications, their final diameters suited for push buttons,
indicator lights and conduits.
Many of the drill diameters on the wide range
of MULTICUT® products are key electrical sizes, whilst
ISO and German conduit sizes are covered by tools specifically
for these applications.
Quality ground thread taps and dies are manufactured
to internationally recognised ISO standards, ensuring both
high performance and long tool life.
A comprehensive range of taps are stocked in
straight flute, spiral flute, spiral point left hand and long
series thread styles in all the common thread forms including
metric, BA and UNC. ISO and PG electrical conduit thread taps
are available from stock in straight flute design for hand
or machine use.
The HANDIBURR® range provides precision-made
tools for rethreading, deburring, chamfering and enlarging
holes. Taper reamers are ideal for opening out holes while
maintaining concentricity and circularity.
Chamferbits and pipe reamers remove burrs from
pipe and conduit tubing with speed and ease. Pipe reamers are
particularly suitable for electrical conduit tube and removing
tabs on 'knockout' boxes. They have proved to be safer, quicker
and more effective than filing or other methods.
Rethreaders are based on a High Speed Steel tap
permanently fitted with a handle. They are principally designed
for cleaning out the fixing holes in socket switch or conduit
boxes, as these often have malformed or damaged threads or
are blocked by plaster, cement or paint.
Micro drill reamers are precision ground from
High Speed Steel. The 2-flute design enables both piercing
and opening out of small holes in printed circuit board, shim,
etc.
HEXIBIT® offers a range of tools with a common
1/4" hexagonal shank. These include hole deburring cutters,
countersinks, step drills, taper drills and a popular range
of metric taps up to 10mm. The tools are particularly suited
to cordless drills, but a handle is also available to facilitate
their use by hand. |
